Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days after the item arrives at our facility. Shipping fees, if charged, are non‑refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, you can request an exchange through the portal. Exchanges are processed as soon as the original item is returned and inspected.
Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, your order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
