Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order is processed, it will be handed off to our fulfillment partner for shipping.
If we experience unusually high order volume, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 days.

PostureLab™ ships to customers across the United States.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at support@posturelabs.net.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected. Free shipping promotions (when available) will be automatically applied if your order qualifies.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout, we cannot guarantee delivery. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking link for updates. If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first to investigate.
If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us and we will assist you.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
At this time, PostureLab™ ships only within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
